Do you have a passion for bikes? Are you committed to providing excellent customer service? If the answer is yes, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to become part of our Online Team based at our Newbridge office just outside Edinburgh. We are looking for a Salesperson with: An understanding and passion for all things bike. Previous bike shop experience and/or experience of a wide range of bikes and cycling, including electric and folding bikes. Some previous retail experience would help but is not essential. Key duties will include: Sales processing. Answering enquiries on the phone or via email. Sales administration. Maintaining stock levels. Most importantly, you’ll be a team player who takes pride in giving the very best service to every customer that contacts us. In return we offer: A commitment to accommodate flexible working hours. The choice of a 4 or 5 day working week, with each pattern totalling 37.5 hours. 32 days paid holiday per year (or pro rata). An excellent staff discount scheme on bikes, parts, accessories and clothing. Supported entry into cycling competitions and events. After a year of service, you have the option to join our Co-operative and have a say in how we run our business at our AGM. After a year of service you will also be enrolled into our health cash plan scheme. As a Co-operative we also have bonus opportunities for a share in the profits.
