Westcoast Cloud is seeking a highly motivated Microsoft Modern Workplace Sales Specialist in AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, AI technologies, and modern workplace solutions. This role involves driving sales, building relationships with clients, and providing AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration within organizations. Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Microsoft 365 and Security modern workplace solutions by utilising Microsoft programs and workshops Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Identify and address business needs for security solutions Provide expertise and support for security related sales initiatives Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Microsoft security technologies Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in security and modern workplace solutions Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within an end user’s existing estate Work with internal account managers to drive adoption of Microsoft security within their account base Working with marketing to deliver the benefits of Microsoft security solutions through creative outlets such as webinars, blogs, vlogs and brochures. Key Skills:
Excellent attention to detail Experience in sales, particularly in the technology sector Previous experience within the Microsoft cloud solutions is preferred Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors Excellent organisational skills Strong problem solving skills and the ability to identify business needs Possess a willingness to learn Self-motivated/ability to work unsupervised Team player Excellent presentation skills What we offer:
