This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now looking for ambitious, results-driven Account Managers to join their team! Package/ Benefits : £26,000 basic salary Y1 OTE taking your package up to £34k! Excellent progression, learning, and development potential Company laptop Regular socials in a welcoming, inclusive environment Free gym membership Lucrative bonus and incentive schemes Role: Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company, its offerings, and the broadest understanding of both the marketplace you'll be operating in Liaise directly with the Technical and Production teams and support marketing initiatives to generate fresh leads and enquiries Take on an ambassadorial role with the business - employing a friendly, professional, and expert approach Fully qualify all leads and enquiries, quotes, and confirm with them promptly and professionally This role grants real autonomy and offers an excellent scope for progression Requirements: Educated to degree level Ideally, you'll have a full, UK driving licence Comfortable working in target-driven environments Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Confident communicating with individuals of all levels of seniority Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed Pareto is committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
