You will be part of a growing team of driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), who are always learning new ways of working and honing their skills to get the best out of themselves and their colleagues. There’s a lot to juggle in the SDR role, so you should be organised and able to execute multiple activities with unmatched enthusiasm. This role is your launchpad into a career in IT sales, so you will receive world-class digital transformation and sales training to support your career development. You will also be working closely with the consulting teams to help you learn on the job from day one. We are investing heavily not only in our people, but also in top-of-the-range sales enablement tools, training, and coaching – ensuring you build meaningful connections with your prospects on the phone, via email, Microsoft Teams, and through LinkedIn. Your Experience: Edge of the seat passion and determination to drive the business forwards. Cold calling and sales experience is strongly desirable but not essential. If you bring the passion, we can teach you. Familiar with using LinkedIn & other social media to build a brand. Role Description: Identify and research prospects across your verticals that we can provide value to with our services. Engage prospects via phone, email, and social media. Nurture prospects with regular communication and value-add materials such as event invites to build trust and rapport. Work with your dedicated sales and marketing resource to identify & drive attendees to our webinars & face-to-face events and follow up with them after the event to book a meeting. Tools: In your role as the SDR, you will be using: Cognism, Outreach & Leadfeeder. SharpSpring. Dynamics. Your Attributes: Outstanding communication skills are essential; you will be interacting with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, and you must be an effective communicator, both written and verbal. Organised, highly communicative, with meticulous attention to detail who can prioritise high volumes of work and deliver at pace. Positive, engaging, and personable with a customer-oriented mindset to manage some of the world’s most renowned and reputable organisations. Detail and results-oriented, focused on customer success, and supporting Changing Social's business goals, with an ambition to grow, learn, develop, and work out loud. Enthusiastic about new ways of working, digital technologies, behavioural and organisational change. Comfortable talking to C-Level stakeholders and wider business audiences.
