Growing relationships and usage with Owner or Financier clients across the VesselsValue, Oceanbolt and Q88 subscription base. Monetizing data via Platform or API solutions to leading Global Maritime actors. Delivering consistent renewal and upsell revenue. Producing and executing an annual Growth account management plan. Maintaining an accurate single record of your accounts in CRM database. Creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns. Providing feedback to management on the effectiveness of campaigns and sales effort. Qualifications
Ideally 4 years+ B2B experience of subscription account management sales in EMEA. Financial services, banking or maritime related products/services experience, but not essential as we are able to cross-train. Highly effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders up to senior management/executive level. Fluent written and verbal English language skills with additional languages welcome! Willingness to travel. Degree level. Proven consistent sales success. Demonstrated high rapport building and consultative sales skills. Strong proficiency and sales experience in computer software and tools. Outstanding consulting, presentation, coaching and facilitation skills. Demonstrable planning and organizing skills. Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
