You will play a pivotal role in supporting our business in the DACH region and across Eastern Europe. Key Tasks/Accountabilities: Manage export sales orders and prepare quotes for B2B clients. Utilise the CRM system for tracking client interactions and managing relationships. Support the Head of International Sales with close alignment on enquiries, quotes and administration. Appointment setting and diary management. Have/gain knowledge of various sectors to better serve clients. Understand local shipping, customs and legislation requirements and ensure all documentation are correct and meet legal obligations. Coordinate logistics for product delivery and ensure timely fulfilment. Raise various sales-related documents, including export and UK shipping documentation, certificates of conformity, dangerous goods certificates, job sheets for dispatch, credit notes etc. Provide excellent after sales support. Follow up on website and email customer enquiries. Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations. The Successful Applicant: Essential: German speaking (both reading and writing). Two years or more in an administrative role. Sales support experience. Customer services experience. Experience working directly with customers on the phone. Desirable: An administrative qualification – e.g. NVQ Business Administration. Knowledge of export processes and documentation. Sage 50/200 and Salesforce CRM experience. Key Personal Attributes / Behavioural Competencies: Confident communicator. Articulate, numerate and literate – fully fluent in English. A methodical and logical approach. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to build relationships & rapport. Flexibility & adaptability.
