Channel Manager EMEA DEPARTMENT:

Remote PURPOSE OF ROLE: Drive revenue with "80" customers through: Supporting their commercial activity. Establishing collaborative relationships through strategic account management. Being a trusted advisor in the sealant market. The purpose of the role also includes: Exploring and developing new and existing business opportunities to expand ISS's presence via channel partners. Establishing PPE as a vendor within new industrial distribution targets. Developing and managing a network of key channel partners. Setting and assisting in achieving sales budgets for all products and services. Working with Key Account Managers to grow sales in key market segments. Developing distribution pricing strategies. REPORTS TO:

Business Line Leader, Industrial TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive sales revenue for assigned region to distributor partners. Define appropriate markets and business development plans. Drive strategic account management plans. Collaborate with internal teams for effective organizational structure. Provide education and product resources to support distribution. Understand and cultivate new opportunities in key industries. Drive funnel and forecast accuracy. Work closely with inside sales team. Maintain and communicate regular measurements to ensure progress to revenue target. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: Experience in front line sales managing key channel partners. Prior knowledge of industrial distribution. Ability to forecast and develop budgets. Industry and technical knowledge with practical business acumen. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint. A real team player with a positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail. Exceptionally well organized and efficient. Ability to deliver against our values.
