0 months to 4 years Responsibilities and Duties: Generate revenue from USA, UK, and Australia markets and meet sales targets under tight deadlines. Identify and generate new business opportunities and clients for a range of services related to Digital Media and Web Solutions in the international markets (USA, UK, Australia, UAE). Conduct preliminary SEO analysis and provide cost estimations for Online Digital Marketing independently. Create efficient and effective Business Development and Lead Conversion strategies for Internet Marketing, including SEO, SMO, and PPC. Develop proposals and presentations for client meetings as necessary. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via in-person meetings, telephone calls, Skype, and emails. Generate revenue from Agency/Reseller clients and develop long-term business relationships. Track and analyze competitor activities. Manage and mentor business development executives. Ensure client satisfaction through proper account management and exceed delivery and service quality norms. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of the sales process for Digital Marketing, Web, and Mobile Application services. Knowledge of Digital Solution principles, Online Marketing/SEO tools, and the latest trends in the Digital Marketing industry (SEO, ASO, SMO, PPC). Excellent verbal and written business communication skills. Disciplined and target-oriented with a passion for sales and relationship building. Proven track record of achieving targets and capability to lead initiatives. Current experience in the capacity of an Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager with team handling responsibilities. Experience in website design and web application development (CMS, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, E-commerce, PHP development, Magento) is an advantage. Familiarity with bidding portals like Elance, Guru, and ODesk is a plus. Positive attitude, assertive, strong conviction, confident negotiator, and ability to close deals.
