As the Chief Comms Lead for the Chief Data Office, you will play a crucial role in driving communication efforts across the organisation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team and make a real impact on the company's global objectives. Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of communication plans, aligning them with the overall strategy. Create captivating content, translating technical concepts into compelling communication materials. Manage virtual communities and town halls, ensuring engaging content delivery. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely and informative communication. Assist in organising in-person events and roadshows. Measure the success of communication efforts and make necessary adjustments. Required Skills: Excellent communication design skills, delivering engaging content across multiple formats. Strong ability to work independently and influence stakeholders without direct reporting lines. Experience within global organisations and Matrix structures. Proven track record of successful communication efforts, preferably in a technical context. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Digital, Data, Analytics, and AI concepts.
