Full-Time About the Role: Our client delivers exceptional fit-out projects across various sectors, and they are looking for a skilled and ambitious QS/Assistant QS to play a pivotal role in their continued success. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all cost-related aspects of fit-out projects. Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and valuations. Administer contracts, focusing on JCT and NEC forms, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Conduct financial and risk analysis for ongoing and future projects. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain excellent relationships. Assist in project tendering, including pricing and negotiating with suppliers. Monitor project progress to ensure budgets and timelines are maintained. Candidate Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Demonstrable experience with JCT and NEC contracts is essential. Previous exposure to the fit-out sector is highly desirable. Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Local candidates preferred for ease of travel and availability.
