Our client is a renowned flooring company in the industry, specialising in industrial and commercial finishes. They offer a wide range of related services and have established themselves as one of the leaders in the field. Due to increased demand for their services, they're looking to bring an Office Administrator into the team to assist with the day-to-day requirements. Office Administrator Package: Up to £28,000 basic salary Company pension 20 days holiday + bank holidays Opportunity to progress within the role and join a collaborative business Free on-site parking Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing site packs, reviewing and printing documentation, and completing ad-hoc tasks as required. Professionally handle incoming calls, assisting clients with their inquiries and directing calls appropriately. Manage the main email inbox, maintain office files, and oversee documentation and stationery supplies. Assist the accounting team with purchase orders and invoice verification. Collate and distribute RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) documents as needed. Arrange accommodation for laborers and coordinate any necessary travel arrangements. Work with Contracts Managers to schedule staff using the simPRO data system. Support Estimators by uploading quotation documents and Bluebeam drawings. Ensure the office environment remains tidy, organized, and conducive to productivity. Perform any other reasonable tasks required to support the goals and objectives of the business. Requirements Minimum 1 years' experience in an Administration role, preferably in the construction industry. Confident using computer software and comfortable learning new systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. *Please be aware this job description is a general overview and subject to change as per our clients' needs.
