- Permanent Main Responsibilities as a Sustainability Manager

Collaborate with the commercial and client services teams to engage, inspire, and educate both existing and potential clients by presenting plans, strategies, and opportunities. Report to the Commercial and Marketing Director, working closely with clients on major sporting events to implement an Environmental Sustainability Strategy. Facilitate cross-departmental client workshops to embed circular economy principles and emission reduction initiatives at every project stage. Partner with the operations team to research, test, and establish local closed-loop solutions for branding materials, ensuring effective waste management plans are developed and executed. Lead in recording and analysing GHG emissions data, providing recommendations to guide decision-making throughout the project. Support account teams by developing pre-event and post-event Sustainability Reports. Collaborate to oversee student climate research projects and contribute to the broader sustainability strategy of the group. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering environmental impact projects. Skilled in client-facing roles. A collaborative team member with a willingness to challenge the status quo. Proven ability to independently lead projects and meet deadlines in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
