Business Development Manager (Marketing) Full time Location: Cambridge Job Advert Are you an experienced Business Development Manager (marketing) looking for a new position? If so, our award-winning BD & Marketing team are looking for an experienced professional to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in implementing Bidwells Group strategy, working alongside the Head of Business Development, the Divisional Managing Partners, and interacting with team business development managers. You will be jointly responsible for the overall delivery of Group business development activities along with the other BD & Marketing Managers. The role includes but is not limited to leading one strand of our Generate Programme which aims to upskill a select set of fee earners in a chosen marketplace, implementing business development strategies to support the delivery of the business plan, client targeting, pitching, and client management. What you’ll be doing:

Work alongside the Head of Business Development to support the development and implementation of the group's wider business strategy. Actively work alongside other marketing specialists to support the delivery of marketing activity detailed in the business plan. Be the first point of contact for a range of group business development activities providing direction, advice, and coaching to fee earners. Lead a strand of our internal Generate programme arranging knowledge sessions, creating and reviewing content materials and monthly liaisons with participants. Monitor the success of the Generate programme by creating surveys, monitoring activity and engagement, and reporting the findings to management. Support the ongoing development of Bidwells Bid management process and the delivery/production of supporting materials. Track and measure Bid success. Act as a project manager on large scale pitches. Support the business with client targeting and utilising the CRM system to do so. About you:
