Learning and development programme, continuous professional development opportunities, well-being programme About the Role You will be responsible for leading the development, planning, and execution of our clients' paid search strategy (predominantly Google & Bing) ensuring it aligns with overall client objectives. You will be passionate and excited about achieving success for B2B and B2C clients, understanding audiences, and coming up with new and innovative ideas using data and insights to drive campaigns. Mentorship & support to the other members of the team is an integral part of this role. Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and other members of the Digital team, you will help to ensure we are delivering best-in-class campaigns for our clients and building successful client relationships. As a Lead role in Paid Search, your knowledge and experience will be valuable to other members of the team. It’s key that this experience is shared in a mentoring capacity, including regular opportunities to ensure all campaigns are achieving optimum results. We’d also value your input on establishing new ways of working for the digital team as well as keeping abreast of emerging trends within social media. Highlights of the role We’re seeking a skilled Paid Search Lead who’s passionate about driving exceptional results. Oversee all aspects of paid search account management and optimisation, including campaign structure, keyword management, and ad copy testing. Manage and monitor daily paid search spend to guarantee optimal performance and return on investment. Conduct in-depth competitor research and analysis to inform and refine strategies. What does success look like? Develop and implement paid search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives. Execute day-to-day management of paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting. Develop and present detailed search advertising plans backed by data and industry insights. Prioritise own workload. Conduct competitor research. Create client reassurance and build strong relationships. Keep clients informed of campaign performance and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have… At least 4/5+ years of relevant experience. Strong work ethic, a passion for digital marketing, and continuous self-learning. Agency experience is desirable, but not essential.
