We’re looking for a motivated individual to join the team of our client as a Public Relations Manager. This fast-paced position is ideal for someone with a passion for PR and a drive to support the growth of a flourishing business. The ideal candidate will have experience in public relations, be an excellent communicator, and possess strong organisational skills. What you'll do: Develop and oversee the PR strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and other marketing activities. Work with an agency to execute plans aimed at increasing visibility and audience engagement. Act as the main contact for media inquiries and provide timely responses to image and comment requests. Coordinate the creation and distribution of press releases, ensuring they reach the appropriate audiences. Monitor competitors’ media coverage to stay informed about industry trends. Oversee subscriptions to relevant publications to maintain industry awareness. Align public relations initiatives with digital marketing strategies, including SEO. Plan and manage participation in trade shows and events to enhance the brand's presence. Build relationships with influencers and develop collaborations to boost visibility. Identify and manage partnership opportunities to support growth. Enhance the online presence of the company’s leadership team on professional platforms. Prepare award submissions to spotlight the company’s achievements in the industry. What we're looking for: At least three years of experience in public relations, preferably with some exposure to influencer partnerships. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting compelling messages. Highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
