Lead the coordination and implementation of the KS3 Maths curriculum. Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and maintain a high standard of teaching and learning. Monitor and assess students' progress, providing timely intervention and support when required. Support the professional development of the Maths department by sharing best practices and providing guidance. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement and enthusiasm for maths. Establish effective communication channels with parents and stakeholders to ensure the progress and welfare of students. Participate in the school's extra-curricular activities and contribute to the wider school community. Minimum Requirements

Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Maths at KS3 level. Excellent knowledge of the KS3 Maths curriculum and assessment practices. Strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate the Maths department effectively. Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their potential in Maths. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with students, parents, and stakeholders. A passion for education and a commitment to ensuring the success of all students. Experience working in a similar role and/or within a high-performing school is desirable.
