Air Liquide Healthcare UK is currently searching for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Diabetes team and be responsible for driving sales of our Tandem T-Slim Insulin Pump across the South West of England and South Wales. Your main territory will cover South Wales, Bristol, and Bath, so an openness to travel across these areas is essential. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing a sales strategy for Air Liquide's Insulin Pump across your territory. Achieving territory sales growth, in line with revenue and pump sales targets. Traveling frequently within your territory and developing relationships with key decision-makers. Representing Air Liquide at national meetings, exhibitions, and patient events. Providing training and education to both patients and healthcare professionals. Taking ownership of your administration, including pricing agreements, budget management, expenses, and customer records. Developing and maintaining an understanding of the local diabetes market and attending training sessions where required. Are you a MATCH?
The ideal person for this role will be a natural people person, with a background in sales and a good understanding of the diabetes market. You will also need: A minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales or Account Management position. Experience in the medical device sector. Ideally, you will have a good understanding of diabetes and the treatments available to patients. Customer-oriented and service-driven; you will want to deliver the best possible outcomes for all customers. Clean UK driving license and an openness to travel frequently within your territory.
