Working for a leading automotive retailer in the used car market, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial contact to final purchase. Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and directing customers Discussing vehicle options with customers Guiding customers through the buying process Closing deals effectively To be successful, you'll need:
At least 5 years of experience in used car sales A proven track record of closing deals Excellent customer service skills Strong mentorship and coaching abilities Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail FCA Accreditation (or willingness to obtain) A full UK driving licence A professional appearance What we offer:
