Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the wind turbine market. Build and maintain strong relationships with major OEMs and MRO providers. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets. Deliver tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of customers in the renewable energy sector. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to ensure customer requirements are met. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows, promoting its capabilities and expertise. Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to senior management. About You The ideal candidate will have: A proven track record of success in sales within the renewable energy sector. Experience working with OEMs and MRO providers in the wind turbine industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders. A strategic mindset, combined with the drive to achieve and exceed targets. Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions. The flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required. This role will be home-based anywhere in the UK. Travel will be limited but could be within the UK or overseas.
