Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with buyers and customers on day-to-day issues. Build and maintain strong working relationships within your team and across departments. Manage product development and the critical path with merchants. Coordinate with fabric, garment tech, merchandising, and design teams to ensure on-time delivery of product development projects. Handle general admin duties including chasing and organising samples, taking photos of garments, and maintaining clear records of submits and approvals. Provide guidance to freelance design teams to align product development with internal and customer strategies. Knowledge of costings. Represent the company's interests to customers, suppliers, and manufacturers. Ensure flexibility in working hours as required by the business. Travel within the UK. Skills and Qualities:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to take direction and work both as part of a team and independently. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines. Self-motivated, able to prioritise and multi-task. Experience in managing administrative tasks methodically and efficiently.
