Summary:

The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the UK, EU (Europe), and Middle East (ME). In this role, you will sell our products and services to our customers, generate leads, build relationships with prospective customers, negotiate sales terms, and close deals. Additionally, you will provide product information, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate with team members to meet sales targets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the arcade industry, focusing on complete family entertainment center solutions and individual parts for coin-operated equipment, particularly arcade games. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of arcade solutions and parts. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our arcade products, services, and parts. Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet sales targets and maximize profitability. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries or concerns related to arcade equipment and parts in a timely manner. Order entry of assigned accounts. Account management activities, including daily use of a CRM (Salesforce), growing relationships throughout large accounts’ organizations, and support/coordinate all engagements between our internal team members and theirs. Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the arcade industry or broader location-based entertainment. Strong knowledge of arcade games, family entertainment industry, and related services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Must be based out of Western Europe or the UK with flexibility to travel as needed. Professional written and spoken English proficiency; additional language skills are a plus.
