Build relationships with solicitors, estate agents, and financial advisors. Manage part-exchange properties and assisted selling plans. Keep sales office and show homes well-maintained. Provide feedback on pricing and marketing strategies. Attend necessary meetings and comply with company policies. You will build and maintain key relationships with internal and external parties such as sales managers, solicitors, site managers, and customers; therefore, excellent communication skills are a must.
