METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to achieve or exceed sales targets while developing a robust sales pipeline in your designated territory. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

Take ownership of achieving or exceeding the agreed sales targets for AutoChem products within your territory. Pipeline Development:

Utilize your excellent sales skills to develop both short-term and long-term pipelines, ensuring sustained growth and opportunity. Account Knowledge Enhancement:

Increase your understanding of key accounts, their needs, and market dynamics to tailor your approach effectively. Relationship Building:

Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving repeat business and referrals. Strategic Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and expertise in achieving sales goals. What You Need to Succeed Experience in the biochemical, biochemical engineering, chemical, chemical engineering, or related industries. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets and objectives. Demonstrated expertise in technical or value-based sales of capital equipment. Experience in a remote, field-based sales role. Strong understanding of drug development and manufacturing processes. Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, fine chemical, academic, and contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) sectors. Highly proficient with computers and experienced in utilizing CRM systems to manage customer information, commercial data, and sales forecasts. Valid UK driving license.
