Call Centre Agents/Administrators. Location:

Potters Bar Hours: Monday 13:00- 22:00 Tuesday 13:00 - 22:00 Friday 16:00 - 22:00 Saturday & Sunday 13:00 - 22:00 Weekly pay, one week in arrears Pay -

£14.86 per hour

for 12 weeks, after 12 weeks after passing probation, you could then be offered a PAYE Permanent Role. Description: Communicate promptly with customers and sub-contractors Handle 65-80 calls per day. Prioritise scheduling, programming, and booking for engineers; meet diary deadlines. Distribute documentation as per client requirements. Control and clear engineers' timesheets daily, including electronic expenses. Check and authorise supplier/sub-contractor invoices; process reports. Manage challenging tenants. Address customer complaints or queries. Coordinate return of incorrect/damaged goods to suppliers. Arrange and coordinate weekend work. Complete other tasks as requested by management.
