United Kingdom Crown Worldwide Group are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join their fast-paced Sales & Account Management team. Where you will be based: This role will be office-based in Enfield. What is an Inside Sales Coordinator to us? This role will be instrumental in driving internal Sales as part of the Sales & Account Management team. Generating revenue opportunities within our existing client base, providing creative, sales-focused, client communications, you will work to a revenue target and provide a pivotal bridge with the field-based Sales & Account Management team. The role requires an interpersonal individual that has the ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. There is a requirement to learn IT systems quickly and have an understanding of the importance of sales performance. What you will do: Proactively contact our existing customers to uncover and deliver additional revenues. Grow existing client relationships through upselling and cross-selling of Crown's full range of services. Where opportunity exists, if it cannot be closed over the phone, arrange client-facing meetings for the wider team. Work on B2B Marketing Campaigns to generate sales activities and opportunities. Attend client events with the sales team as and when required. Develop strong working relationships and complete administrative tasks for internal stakeholders. Support internal and external events. Effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with the day-to-day management of the Dynamics CRM system. About you: Analytical, interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills. Ability to work in a potentially rapidly changing environment. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Understand the importance of sales strategies. Understanding of the importance of sales performance. Ability to learn IT systems quickly. 1-2 years of Sales and Administration experience. Qualifications: GCSE passes in Maths & English. About us: Crown Worldwide Group
