Our National Telesales and Direct Sales Manager is looking for an accomplished manager who can lead, coach, motivate, and inspire their team to achieve business targets and goals while delivering amazing service every day. Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility

First line of escalation for the direct sales team Implement and co-ordinate new starter inductions and probation sign-off Assist with the recruitment of direct sales executives Identify training requirements and arrange necessary coaching and support Champion all new products and services and ensure the team has sufficient training Review and sign-off new account requests Review and manage performance for each individual and take necessary action Ensure individuals are achieving the required KPIs Responsible for one-on-one monthly reviews of the Direct Sales team Monitor and police Salesforce to ensure accuracy and compliance, including contribution reports Monitor the handover process and ensure compliance Report on lead campaign feedback, i.e., lost/down traders Responsible for holding disciplinary hearings and dealing with any HR issues, including absence management Resolve payroll issues and submit payroll before cut-off Review and authorise credit requests Qualifications

About You As the successful candidate, your career history will evidence demonstrable experience in a similar environment. You will have experience in supervising or managing a team, with the ability to engage, motivate, and lead others. Due to the nature of our business, the ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment is preferred. Your strong organisational skills and high attention to detail will be fully utilised in this role. Alongside these, you will need to have: The ability to effectively handle challenging conversations and complaints/escalations. Experience of managing people through HR processes.
