Ideally have previous experience in B2B telesales and appointment making, able to communicate with individuals at all levels. Engage with, maintain, and foster good relations with prospects and customers through telephone, email, social media, mail shots, and mail contact. Gain valuable market intelligence to support the Direct Marketing Team. Organise, generate, and send mailings and e-shots for the business. Provide a high level of customer service internally and externally. IT literate and experienced in using a database/CRM tool. Proven ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
