CMC Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the SVP of CMC & Supply Chain, the Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and project management support to the SVP, CMC & Supply Chain, the SVP, General Counsel and Company Secretary, and the VP, Communications. The Executive Assistant also provides occasional support to the Immunocore Board of Director meetings, the UK Immunocore Leadership Team, and support to the CEO during UK visits. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think strategically and critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Executive support assists the SVP / VP with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of tasks that include: Assisting with special projects, creating complex documents, reports, and presentations, preparing for meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining contact lists, arranging travel, and handling expense reports Managing the SVP/VP’s calendar, prioritizing inquiries, and requests, and ensuring smooth daily operations Supporting departmental Town Hall and leadership team meetings Coordinating the SVP/VP’s outreach activities Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality, and exercising discretion when interacting with the business Preparing presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents to support the organization’s objectives Conducting business-related research and data analysis for the SVP/VP Communicating on behalf of the SVP/VP for appointment planning and coordinating logistics for high-level meetings Coordinating meetings and strategic activities with the UK Immunocore Leadership Team Communicating directly with employees and other key stakeholders on behalf of the SVP/VP Providing executive assistance to the CEO during UK office visits Board Support and Liaison: Assisting the CEO’s Executive Assistant with UK Board of Directors meetings arrangements Providing support for UK Board meetings, including meeting room setup, coordinating with Facilities and IT for Boardroom needs, arranging catering, and assisting Board members with administrative tasks Providing event management support as needed Facilitating communication between leadership and employees, and collaborating with internal and external individuals on various projects Working directly with leadership, employees, and external stakeholders across the organization Experience & Knowledge

Essential

Excellent written and verbal communication skills while representing senior executives Excellent organizational skills to ensure matters are dealt with in the most efficient and suitable manner Ability to multi-task and prioritize when handling a busy workload High professionalism when dealing with diverse groups, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Experience working in a global organization Essential Competencies
