The Role of the Territory Manager: As Territory Manager, you will be maintaining and growing existing business through selling the company’s range of flooring into retailers covering Aberdeen, Dundee, Fife, Edinburgh, Galashiels, and Perth.
You will also be tasked with targeting new business and selling the company’s new product launches tailored to incoming business for the area.
This area has huge potential to grow business due to the large number of new developments.
The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager: Ideally, you will have sold flooring or a decorative product into retailers, but we will also consider someone up and coming from any industry within a sales-driven role.
The most important attributes are hunger, ability, and drive.
Our client is looking for someone who is results-driven, thrives on a challenge, and has the ability to work in a pressured environment.
You must have a pro-active approach to sales and customer service, with a key focus on building and maintaining relationships.
Disciplined in hitting targets, honest, enthusiastic, and a team player.
Good knowledge of the local area is essential.
You must hold a Full Driving licence.
