Marketing Communications Specialist

About the Role

You will coordinate marketing and communications locally across our dental practices.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Practise Managers and Operations you will develop and deliver local marketing campaigns, aligned with the wider group strategy.

Roll-out national campaigns at local level across our portfolio of clinics to enhance awareness of the brand and the services we offer.

Implement planned activity, ensuring that every campaign is completed on time and to the highest standard meeting ROI goals.

Create brand consistent local marketing tool kits localising Tier 1 assets and developing local content as required.

Monitor and optimise local campaign performance.

Market analysis and key metrics reporting.

About You

You understand integrated Marcomms and you know what it takes to swiftly and efficiently deliver high quality campaigns that meet goals. You are constantly looking to improve campaign delivery and performance. Tenacious and prepared to roll up your sleeves to drive projects forward, you thrive on accomplishment and aren’t satisfied until a project is complete.

At least 5 years marketing in a multi-site organisation, including the delivery of local marketing, events and PR.

Background in dental, medical or a customer-led retail business.

Campaign management – ability to plan, implement and complete projects to meet target ROIs.

Good working knowledge of the key digital media and email marketing platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Analytical - able to interpret and interrogate data.

Ability to travel across our portfolio of clinics (Scotland wide).

Full UK driving license.

Hybrid role

Approx. 2 days per week in the office. (3-4 days per week in the initial 2-4 weeks).

Travel will be required to our portfolio of clinics.

Out of hours and weekend event management will be required from time to time (eligible for TOIL)

Salary & Benefits

Salary dependent on experience up to £35K
