Sector Marketing Manager to join our team in the Heathrow office (Staines-upon-Thames). Menzies Marketing/BD team requires a dynamic and proactive Sector Marketing Manager. You will be part of a team of marketing and BD specialists who have built a strong reputation, both internally and externally. The role will be based at our Heathrow (Staines) office with occasional visits to other offices. The individual will work with sector heads and teams to drive and implement sector marketing plans across the full marketing mix. The sectors are: Hospitality & Leisure, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail & Wholesale, Property & Construction, Technology, Transport & Logistics and Charities & Not for Profit At Menzies, our

Here’s what you’ll be doing: Responsible for the execution of sector marketing plans across the eight sectors Building relationships with the sector teams across the firm, including chairing all sector meetings Reporting, measuring and monitoring all sector activity Understanding issues affecting sector marketplaces and how this impacts clients and prospects Generating new ideas for the sector, including content, marketing campaigns and wider opportunities (e.g. speaking opportunities) Coordinating sector specific events and reporting on ROI What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and strong project management abilities. You will need to demonstrate solid financial and commercial acumen, as well as excellent networking and stakeholder management skills. With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a B2B environment, and a background in marketing, business development, or professional services, you will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The role requires someone who is confident, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in MS Office and HubSpot CRM is desirable. This position offers a flexible working arrangement, with 60% of the time based in our Heathrow office and the remainder spent working from home.
