Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Content Creator at Lazer Lamps Ltd in Essex. The Video Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging video content, from concept to final editing, to promote Lazer products across various platforms. The role will involve collaborating with the marketing team to create visual stories that resonate with the target audience, and you may also be asked to collaborate with various teams to deliver visuals, advertising collateral, and written materials. Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and website content. Develop video concepts and scripts that align with our marketing campaigns and brand identity. Collaborate with team members to execute live-action or mixed-media video projects. Brainstorm and pitch creative video ideas to enhance audience engagement. Create detailed storyboards, shot lists, and production plans to streamline the filming process. Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) to produce professional-quality videos. Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and effects to elevate video content. Optimise video length and format for different platforms and audiences. Set up and operate video recording equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and other tools. Ensure proper framing, lighting, and sound quality during shoots. Tailor videos to maximise engagement across platforms, considering each platform’s unique requirements (e.g., vertical video for TikTok/Reels). Optimize video metadata, including captions, titles, and thumbnails, to improve discoverability. Monitor analytics and adapt content strategy based on performance metrics. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure video content supports broader campaigns. Manage content calendars to ensure consistent on-time delivery of materials. Take feedback from stakeholders and refine videos to meet project goals and deadlines. Qualifications: Video production, filming, and editing skills Experience in creating engaging visual content for marketing purposes Knowledge of video editing software and equipment Storytelling and scriptwriting abilities Understanding of digital marketing strategies Strong attention to detail and creativity Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in automotive or related industry is a plus Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field The Person: Ideally with a passion for the Automotive sector, you will be naturally creative, enthusiastic, and a real team player.
