We are looking for a strong, talented individual to support our Finance team with the requirements of a Marketing Manager Europe/UK, in our Self-Storage business area, reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology. Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands… We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising and marketing efforts for Europe. If you are passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns and have a strong understanding of various advertising platforms, we'd love to have you on our team.

What you will do… Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including print media, Google AdWords, and social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Develop and manage a budget for paid advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI. Assist with accompanying messaging / deliverables to support our trade show efforts. Create eye-catching and compelling ad creatives using design tools like Canva and InDesign. Implement/execute email marketing strategies to engage and retain our customer base while driving leads. Maintain a keen eye on competitive trends to spot opportunities and ways to differentiate PTI Security Systems. Analyse and interpret data from advertising campaigns to drive data-focused marketing decisions. Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid advertising. Qualifications … Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing paid advertising campaigns, including print advertising, Google AdWords, and social media advertising. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and InDesign to create visually appealing ad creatives. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions using Excel. Experience with email marketing platforms and strategies. Willingness to learn and adapt to new advertising platforms and technologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
