Purpose of Role As a Graphic Designer at SQ Digital, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of impactful digital marketing campaigns. Join our energetic and innovative Digital Marketing Team, and you’ll craft eye-catching designs for social media, email marketing, digital ads, presentations, websites and more, using cutting-edge tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.Collaboration will be at the heart of your work. You will partner with the wider team and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional visuals that meet client objectives and reflect SQ Digital’s passion for creativity and excellence. Creative Execution

Craft visually engaging graphics for a range of digital formats, including social media, web banners, email templates, infographics, presentations, and more. Ensure all designs align with client objectives and maintain brand consistency for SQ Digital and its partners. Collaboration & Strategy

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop innovative visual content strategies that deliver on campaign goals. Work with internal stakeholders and clients to align design objectives and final outputs. Production & Optimisation

Produce high-quality designs optimised for various devices and platforms. Work iteratively to refine designs based on feedback, ensuring they are visually compelling and on-brand. Trend Leadership

Stay ahead of the curve by tracking design trends, emerging tools, and industry updates. Proactively suggest enhancements to workflows, processes, and creative services to keep us current and relevant. Adaptability

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Support various ad-hoc creative needs in a dynamic digital marketing office. What We’re Looking For

Education

Related qualifications in digital media, graphic design (or similar) or experience within the industry. Experience

Proven experience in delivering high-impact digital designs, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and innovation. Background in a fast-paced agency environment is an advantage. Knowledge

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Figma. Familiarity with video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro, and a basic understanding of motion graphics and HTML/CSS is a plus. Experience using project management platforms (e.g., Teamwork, JIRA, Trello), content management systems, and/or eCommerce solutions. Skills & Abilities

Strong design fundamentals, including typography, colour theory, and layout techniques. Ability to balance creative flair with data-driven campaign objectives. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and handle pressure calmly. Exceptional time management and multitasking skills, capable of meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. A collaborative mindset and the confidence to present ideas and take feedback constructively. Able to create high-quality graphics and assets for various devices and digital platforms A proactive approach to work and constantly thinking up new ideas.
