Commercial Litigation Partner
We have an opportunity for a commercial litigation partner to join a leading commercial law firm in their Manchester office. The team has a brilliant culture, an impressive client base, and a variety of complex litigation matters at any one time. Due to an extended period of growth and success, the firm is now looking for an additional commercial litigation partner to spearhead the growth of both the Manchester offering and to oversee further expansion of the London team. Areas of litigation the team is involved with include: Contractual and commercial disputes Shareholder disputes Reputation management and injunctions Insolvency Property litigation This is an integral role for the team and wider firm, and there will be support from senior leadership to drive this growth forward.
