Senior Producer

to join our dynamic team within The Collective. You will support company objectives by actively managing and developing client business and staff (both permanent and freelance) to a high professional standard. A Senior Producer will be expected to identify and build a project/production team to deliver projects, coordinating the planning process required to ensure the achievement of project objectives along with responsibility of the project budget. As Senior Producer, you will: Overall responsibility for the production delivery on virtual, hybrid and face to face events ranging in size and budget. Being confident and able to lead multiple projects at any one time, by prioritising your own and team workloads. Lead assigned project teams in the delivery of your events, and co-ordinate the planning process required with team members to ensure the delivery of the event to the highest standard. Maintain clear communications throughout the lifecycle of the project with clients to ensure outstanding customer service and adding value by making recommendations and providing solutions when required. Develop a rapport with suppliers both in the UK and overseas to gain the best possible service and rates and manage any issues as and when required. Overall responsibility for budgets on production delivery, with accurate budgetary control on events and preparing budgets, final reconciliations and invoicing in adherence to financial procedures and timelines. You're good at: Working with the Creative Studio to produce engaging content and communications and producing working documents for project teams and clients. Having a strong background of experience in production preferably in an agency, broadcast or media environment. Being an excellent team player - establish and promote collaborative, positive and effective working relationships across teams. Participating in a positive environment where team members feel valued and supported. Developing a strong internal network and establishing relationships within The Collective and the wider business. You must also have: Technical drawing capabilities in either AutoCAD or Vectorworks. Experience of working with Adobe Creative Cloud.
