Telesales and Marketing Assistant

to support their marketing strategy. This role involves carrying out telesales and other marketing channel activities to gain new business appointments and promote the apprenticeship programmes. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and 9am - 4.30pm on a Friday, totaling 37 hours a week. The salary is £23,000 a year plus a bonus of approximately £400 a month. Hybrid working is available after successfully completing probation. The ideal applicant for the role of Telesales and Marketing Assistant:

Ideally have previous experience in B2B telesales and appointment making and able to speak to people at all levels. Engage with, maintain, and foster good relations with prospects and customers through telephone, email, social media, mail shots, and mail contact. Gain valuable market intelligence to support the Direct Marketing Team. Organise, generate, and send mailings and e-shots out for the business. Provide a high level of customer service internally and externally. IT literate and experienced in using a database/CRM tool. Proven ability to work in a team environment and work under pressure. Creative and have the ability to maintain accurate information and data. Ability to work to KPI’s. Benefits of working as a Telesales and Marketing Assistant:
