As the Investor Relations Manager, you must have an entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership of the complete business function. Being adaptable and agile, always pushing your own boundaries and having an analytical/finance outlook is essential. You will be a self-starter fully dedicated to taking control and supporting all matters related to investors. The position will have external relationship management responsibilities which include working with institutional investors, family offices, and High Net Worth individuals. The ongoing relationship management responsibilities include facilitating regular investor engagement and interactions, portfolio updates, and ad hoc client projects. Additionally, you’ll design institutional presentations and other investor deliverables as necessary. Responsibilities

Onboarding investors into the fund, completing the investor due diligence processes (KYC & AML), and completing all documentation. Establishing and maintaining effective investment/investor processes and procedures. Interface with investors for the purpose of responding to investor queries and retention. Collaborating with introducers and agents, key vendors, and internal stakeholders, to ensure funds are recorded in the internal database and investor portals. Work with finance to reconcile all investor inflows and outflows. Work with finance to organize and calculate investor redemptions, including detailed cashflow planning. Organizing investor meetings and events, managing factsheet content, and overseeing Investor reporting. Producing presentations and marketing materials for investors. Work alongside senior professionals across the business to support the fundraising efforts and service the existing investor base. Oversee the creation and development of key marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, management/board meetings. Liaising with internal business teams and external stakeholders (Investment, Legal, Finance etc.). Get involved with ad-hoc projects including co-investment processes. Conducting fund/portfolio analysis for internal/external use. Ensure full compliance with all policies and procedures. Core Skills / About You

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an investor relations/client services role. Detail-oriented, structured thinker with strong project management and stakeholder management. Exceptional English communication skills both written and verbal. Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with senior management, investment teams, and investors. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Technically minded and comfortable understanding financial/performance terminology.
