Job Summary Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Creator & Producer to join their ecommerce creative team. This individual will be responsible for producing engaging video content with a strong focus on aesthetics, storytelling, and brand alignment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating high-quality visuals, directing on-camera talent (models, online B2C products i.e. clothing, retail products etc.), and applying professional-level effects (both practical and digital) to enhance content. This role is full-time onsite in their office in North Manchester - you must be willing and able to commute regularly. Key Responsibilities Video Production

Plan, storyboard, and produce high-quality video content tailored to brand objectives and audience preferences. Operate and maintain video equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, etc.). Set up, shoot, and edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and other platforms.

Creative Direction

Direct models and product placement to ensure proper alignment with brand vision. Provide guidance on poses, expressions, and interactions to enhance storytelling and engagement. Manage on-set operations, ensuring smooth workflow and time management.

Post-Production

Edit videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Work with the Video Assistants to add motion graphics, animations, and other effects using tools like After Effects or DaVinci Resolve. Ensure colour grading, sound design, and transitions are polished and aligned with the desired aesthetic.

Creative Ideation

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate cutting-edge techniques into projects.

Essential Skills: Proficient in video production, editing, and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro). 3+ years in video production or a similar role for B2C product brands. Strong understanding of lighting, sound design, and camera operations. Demonstrated ability to produce visually compelling and brand-relevant content. Eye for detail and a strong sense of visual composition and storytelling. Proven ability to direct talent and manage production workflows effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Desirable Skills: Experience with 3D modelling, AR/VR, or similar technologies. Knowledge of photography and graphic design. Familiarity with social media trends and content strategies. A Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Design, or equivalent is a bonus.
