Job Description:
Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a L3 Multi-Channel Marketer at EA Technology.
Role Summary:
As a Marketing Apprentice at EA Technology, you will support the marketing team in executing a variety of marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our services and enhancing brand awareness. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation and campaign management within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media posts and online advertising.
Creating engaging content for various marketing channels, such as blog articles, website copy and social media posts.
Supporting marketing research efforts by gathering data, analysing trends and preparing reports.
Collaborating with the design team to develop marketing collateral, including graphics, brochures and presentations.
Managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and responding to comments/messages.
Assisting in the organisation and coordination of marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows and conferences.
Conducting competitor analysis to identify industry trends and benchmarking strategies.
Learning and utilising marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Click Dimensions and Fabricator.
Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including organising files, scheduling meetings and maintaining databases.
Participating in training sessions, workshops and seminars to enhance marketing knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.
Skills Required:
An understanding of marketing fundamentals – understanding the core principles of marketing, such as the marketing mix, target audience segmentation and marketing strategies.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and techniques, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO and content marketing.
Basic understanding of marketing analytics and how to use tools to generate quality metrics.
Personal Qualities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and take initiative
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of marketing
Enthusiasm for keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
Future Prospects:
This role offers the potential for a permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, contingent on performance.

Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
