Your Hippo is an award-winning LMS and E-learning provider with over 250,000 registered users. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic full-time Help Article Content Writer to join an established and fast-paced team. Responsibilities

Work and communicate directly with other areas of the business within an office setting. Collaborate with customer support and development teams to gather the necessary information for each article. Research and write clear, concise, and accurate help articles, FAQs, and user guides to support our LMS platform. Translate complex technical information into user-friendly content. Update and revise existing help articles to ensure accuracy and relevance. Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in LMS usage. Work to improve the robot on the online support chat. Possess excellent English writing skills. Possess excellent editing and proofreading skills. Have the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way. Exhibit strong technical ability. Would be great but not Essential

Experience as a help article writer, technical writer, or similar role.
