Essentially you will need:
Experience within Catalyst handling or petrochemical/refining industries Minimum 3 years of sales management experience Strong communication skills Good planning and organizational skills Expert sales and negotiation skills Analytical thinking Commercial awareness from a costing and margin perspective Problem solving A strong network within the European and UK refining/petrochemical sector Full driving licence and ability to travel as needed The role:
Establishes productive and professional relationships with potential clients in order to expand customer base Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, gaining repeat business Directs the sales efforts of the region including, price and timeline quoting, resolving problems, closing deals and recording the details, invoicing, accounts receivable and customer job evaluations Setting and maintaining high standards in regards to quality and safety matters Analysis of the competitive market and demand Develops annual/quarterly sales and marketing plans, forecasts and budgets consistent with the business strategies of CTE region. Provides a weekly activity report to the CTI Corporate, Sales & Marketing Director and CEO. Conduct safety audits and site visits as and when required. On offer:
