Marketing Manager

to join our team and lead our dual brand marketing activities. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy, presenting our products in ways that will strengthen both our online Waltons and B2B brands, providing best-in-class marketing assets that deliver sales and growth. As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the sales team, e-commerce/marketing agencies, and our key account customers to develop and implement marketing strategies to position and promote our products across varying sales channels and customer types. You will also manage a small marketing team and assist the team with the implementation and execution of the strategies. Responsibilities: Manage and develop the marketing team whose skills include 3D Visualisation, Graphic Design, Content Creation, Copywriting, Videography, and social media management. Drive sales-positive changes in design, functionality, performance, and effectiveness. Ensure the corporate website is up to date for Key Account use and to drive trade account sales. Manage interactions with our Digital Marketing Agency, ultimately responsible for the completion of all tasks assigned to them. Build relationships with Key Account buying and merchandising teams, ensuring all copy, information, and images are always correct on their websites. Develop compelling, innovative, creative, and unique marketing assets for promoting the products, customer journey, services, and brands across all marketing channels. Follow and analyze market trends to contribute to product development initiatives, product positioning, and sales. Work closely with Design and Sales to develop product marketing strategies for new product launches and existing product promotion. Manage social media, developing fresh content and strategies to drive brand recognition and visitors. Skills and Qualifications: Qualifications and proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar, demonstrating a track record of sales/brand growth in B2C and B2B channels. Proven experience of working within a product-based company. Good knowledge of the latest B2C marketing techniques. Working knowledge of Google Analytics. Experienced in managing external agencies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and plan effectively. Creativity and a keen eye for design and detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead the marketing team. Experience/familiarity with the Shopify e-commerce platform is an advantage.
