Sound design and music company Machine are looking for a sound designer with composition experience to join the London team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years experience within a studio and with a proven track record of advertising work. This is primarily a sound design role but with proficiency in music composing. Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3+ years experience in sound design, sfx tracklaying, voice recording and mixing short form commercials / content is required. Proven track record of working with UK advertising agencies, directors and production companies. Passion and flare for sound design, audio post-production and music production. Highly organized with strong communication skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Excellent interpersonal skills to develop new and maintain existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sound design, track lay, record and mix all variety of audio projects Ensure the creative output of work is to the highest standard Attend and host creative briefing with clients Communicate with transfer and the production department to ensure smooth running of all projects. Support the music department and assist on music briefs. Ensure smooth running of larger projects that are taken on both as an individual and as a team member. Support and maintain relationships within Machine LND & NY and additionally within the larger, global group.
