BHSF is looking for a Propositions Manager, this is central to helping BHSF become a pioneering digital health & wellbeing provider.
The role will take on all aspects within driving customer value and innovation, aligning with market and business strategy and championing product expertise.
This role offers hybrid working, Monday to Friday 8:45am to 4:45pm.

This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, has a keen eye for detail, and has an ability to multitask. Knowledge and Experience:
2-4 years' sector specific experience in a similar role Product development and product management Knowledge and experience of reporting and analytics platforms such as PowerBI Dashboard and reporting delivery Experience in working within a regulated financial services environment Required skills:
Programme Management Project Management Systems / Business Analysis Market intelligence and reporting Research, commissioning delivery and analysis
