Working as a Graphic Designer within our inhouse Softcat Studio, you will bring creative ideas to life, crafting impactful visual content that supports our marketing efforts, customer engagements, and brand consistency. You will collaborate closely with our Sales Ops teams to deliver innovative designs across various platforms while contributing to high-quality bid and sales materials. You must be highly creative with a good attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced energetic environment. Play the key role in enhancing bid materials and sales presentations to drive business success. As Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for: Taking full ownership of the brand execution and consistency. Working collaboratively with sales, commercial leads, and bid managers to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored designs from concept to completion. Creating content and graphics for a wide range of bid initiatives specifically MS PowerPoint and Word documents. Building editable, reusable graphics and infographics that enhance the value of bid materials for future projects. Transforming raw data, processes and customer content into engaging graphical representations, including infographics, diagrams, graphs and Gantt charts. Creating compelling and persuasive pitch presentations tailored to different audience types. We'd love you to have Possess qualifications in multimedia, graphic design, or an equivalent field, along with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and graphic design work. Demonstrate strong proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as expertise in creating proposal materials in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Have a solid understanding of the bid and pitch process to external clients, with the ability to transform complex written content into visually engaging graphics that enhance sales materials. Experience working within brand guidelines in a B2B environment, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels, coupled with a keen interest in staying updated with the latest design trends and digital innovations.
