The role is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week out of 6, Monday to Saturday, but may vary depending on the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Promoting all GRI Stadiums Hospitality, Fundraising, Tote, Sponsorship, and non-Standard Events. Identifying new business opportunities. Collaborating with colleagues in the Sales & Reservations Department. Keeping up to date and identifying the latest trends. Maintaining a database and excellent customer relations with the aid of CRM software. Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities. Identifying prospects, setting weekly appointments, making effective qualifying sales outbound calls, and managing the sales cycle from proposal, lead generation, opportunities to closing stages. Having product knowledge and being able to conduct presentations and handle objections. Finding, engaging, and connecting with prospects through the use of digital channels. Building relationships on digital platforms and turning online connections into offline sales conversations. Achieving sales targets set by the line manager. Key Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills. Proficiency with sales management software and CRM. Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism. Passionate about achieving sales targets. Savvy in the approach to identify new business.
