The Role: • Selling a leading portfolio of wound care and compression therapy solutions into the NHS including Procurement/Medicines Management, TVNs, Leg Ulcer Nurse Specialists, and Specialist Nurses. • Develop a business plan for the territory to gain formulary inclusion for specified products to ensure business growth. • Proactively seek out and develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical key decision makers, up to and including board level customers. • Identify new sales opportunities within community and hospital accounts. • Use an OMNI-channel approach; digital platforms, social media, and face-to-face interactions. • Work remotely from home, autonomously networking throughout complex, multi-tiered NHS accounts. • Region covers Greater Manchester including Bolton, Wigan, Rochdale, Salford, Bury, Oldham, Trafford, Manchester, Stockport, Tameside, and Isle of Man.

The Ideal Person: • Must live in the Greater Manchester area. • Bright, driven, and personable with previous med tech experience. • Track record of success in account management with effective territory management and time-keeping skills. • Resilient and curious to uncover opportunities to their full potential, able to balance several projects and a portfolio of products. • Full accountability for growing and protecting your business. • Tenacity, self-drive, and goal-oriented approach. • Agility and curiosity. • Effective objection handling, influencing, and persuasive skills. • Excellent communication skills: active listener, confident presenter, and ability to adapt approach and communicate effectively via an OMNI-channel approach. • Commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to present product proposals including cost savings to key decision makers. • Analytical data skills. • Good planning and organizing skills; ability to utilize commercial knowledge and data to effectively plan territory and maximize time. • Flexibility to stay away from home occasionally due to the nature of the role. • Full valid driving license.
