Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internal Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate the internal sales team, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service. The Internal Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing strategies, managing operations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the internal sales team to achieve company sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimise sales efforts and campaigns. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are efficient and effective. Develop and monitor sales metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management. Implement CRM and other sales tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, purchasing & accounts) to align strategies and achieve common goals. Communicate effectively with the team, providing clear direction and support. Ideal Candidates:

You’ll need to be a highly organised, confident and articulate individual who can work effectively under pressure. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management, preferably within a wholesale distribution industry. You will need to have good time management skills and be able to prioritise your workload. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Proficiency with MS Office applications & CRM Software. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Work accurately with attention to detail. Self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic and an effective team member. Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills. Hours

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm Salary
