Our client is a local property maintenance company that performs reactive maintenance to social housing properties and other local government properties within their domestic and commercial portfolios. They are looking to recruit a roofer who can assist with their day to day works orders of reactive maintenance and PPM.
The key activities you will undertake in this role will be; A wide variety of roofing repairs at occupied homes, buildings and empty properties. The work will include; pitch, and flat roof repairs including replacement of tiles, felt, eave trays, lead repairs/replacement, mineral sheet repairs/replacement (torch on), and non-licenced asbestos removal (where full training will be given).
Requirements
Previous roofing experience (essential)
Clean Driving License (essential)
A trade specific qualification such as a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Roofing is preferred
Reliable
Successful recruitment is subject to a mandatory Clean DBS and Drug Test
Regular working hours (Monday to Friday 0800 – 1630)

Full-time work, permanent after a minimum of 12 weeks
